If it can't be fixed on-site, or if the problem persists, we bring it back to our repair shop. We run full diagnostics, stress tests, and hardware audits to nail the issue down.

How does your repair process work?

We start with a phone consultation to understand the issue and provide a free quote. If needed, we come to your site for an on-site inspection. If we can fix it there, we do. If not, or if the problem persists, we bring it back to our workshop for full diagnostics and stress tests.

Do you come to us?

Yes, we offer on-site inspections. After an initial phone consultation, we will arrange a time to come to your site to look at the machine in person.

Is my data safe with you?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. We never browse personal files unless strictly necessary to fix a specific software issue, and we always ask first. If you need data recovery, we operate on a strict need-to-know basis.

What if you can't fix it, or it's not worth fixing?

If the cost of the repair outweighs the value of the machine, or if the damage is beyond repair, we'll tell you straight up. You only pay for the diagnostic fee, and we can help you recycle the old machine or recover the data before you upgrade.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes, all our labor comes with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue comes back within three months, we'll fix it again for free. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
